Wayne Dean Director and Nominated Individual
I have worked in the industry for 18 years including residential, domiciliary and secure settings with vast experience working collaboratively with health care professionals working towards achieving positive outcomes for complex individuals. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family on the Moors or on the sea, I have a keen interest in local history and would like to one day write a book about the development of Torbay through the centuries.
Lucy Woolcock Registered Manager
I have worked in mental health and learning disability settings for 10 years and managed a busy domiciliary care agency supporting adults with complex challenging behaviour within their own homes to engage in their local community. This role saw me working with a variety of health care professionals and teams and helped to build my passion for providing high quality care for people with autism and learning disabilities. In my free time I am part of a local samba fusion band who gig all over the South West at local festivals and events.
